War of 1812

I was President during the Second War of independence also known as the War of 1812. I declared War on Great Britain. the bad part, was that, that same day a new British government was repealing the Orders-in-Council. Political criticism haunted me throughout the War. Much of the War of 1812 was based on bloody battles(YUCKY!!!) against the Native American tribes that were hurt by the British, such as the Creek tribe led by the notorious Tecumseh, who was finally defeated by General William Henry Harrison. In 1814 the British took the nation's new capital, torching the White House and other federal buildings :(. They were finally defeated at the battle of New Orleans by General Andrew Jackson's army, many who were volunteers, including free blacks and slaves, and nearly 1,000 French pirates (Argggggg)!!!! The victories against Tecumseh and at New Orleans was great for our nation and I was HAPPY :D!!!

My Achievements

I was born in 1751, being the first of twelve children born into a Virginian plantation family. I was a really serious person who prefered learning and intellectual pursuits over running around drinking beer with friends. Well I didn't really have any friends...I don't know why!! :P
I achieved many things. i was very focused and had a great desire for my country. When I was 25, I was elected to the convention which developed Virginia's first Constitution and Declaration of Rights. I also wrote the three branches of el Governmento, Legislative, Executive, and Judicial!!! :P I am very proud! but one of my biggest achievements as President of the United States was fighting in the War of 1812. That was a BIGGY!!!!!

Federalist Papers

In the great year of 1787 myself, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay wrote the Federalist Papers. I wrote paper # 10 where I mentioned how in such a large country that we lived in with so many different opinions swerving around those republican values would work better than a country dominated by few small interests. This was something I was known for throughout my life!

Dolley Madison

My one hottie of a wife was named Dolley Payne Madison ;) Man, Dolley was one heck of a woman:) SHE JUST MADE ME HAPPY! Did you know that she saved a famous painting hung in the White House when the house was on attack and burning down she saved this painting of my hero. I will always love her for that! She also was a great first lady being probably the first one to actually help her community. I just couldn’t thank her enough! THANKS HONEYBUN!!

The Constitution!

Oh, the wonderful constitution, what a great thing it was! I was actually considered one of the founding fathers of the United States, and was considered the father of the constitution. I actually was an anti-federalist and did not want a whole lot of central government. But I went with the flow. :)
In 1787 at the Philadelphia Convention my rough draft of the Virginia Plan and my popular three-branch federal system because the basis of the constitution today. I also was a very outspoken person during all the meetings although in real life I was actually shy.

Welcome Ladies and Jellybeans

Hello! :) I am James Madison, your former President. I was the fourth President of the United States. My mommy, Nellie Conway and my daddy James Madison brought be to this earth in 1781. I was planted in Orange County, Virginia. I married my beautiful (well not really) wife Dolley Payne Todd. We didn't have kids because I was to busy doing things for my country like joining the Continental Congress in 1780-1783, and writingthe three branches of Government, Legislative. A little information about myself would be that I went to Princeton University, where I learned how to crack an egg. Both of my useless Vice President's died in office. I was the shortest president coming in at an astounding 5' 4" watch out Yao Ming! I served two terms in office. I really enjoy living in the U.S. To conclude, I'm a democratic-republican.
